Great strides have been made over the past eighteen years that the Agency has been functioning. It was organized and incorporated as nonprofit and for public agency through then Director of Long Beach District Parish of the United Methodist Church Mr. Paul C. Blanco,and out of the plan to serve, a social arm was then created and hence came the Federation of Filipino-American Associations Inc., Recognizing the initiative Mr. Sam Demonteverde (currently the Director of the Elderly Adult Task Force)who prepared the FFAA documents and gain its legal entity as an Incorporation. The Organization was then nurtured and presented by Paul and Miriam Blanco together with those who stood with the Organization for eighteen years, through the Leadership of Paul C. BLanco as founding FFAA president and Chief Executive Officer, the organization continually gained recognition and capability development consistently came along as the agency leadership pass the trust of success.

Vice Presidency remained consistent to the flow of the Presidency and Leadership in the Board of the Federation of Filipino - American Associations Inc., they were Patricio Ramos, Jose Baldonado, M.D., Marissa Castro, Lauraine Barber and Frank Aguiling Errol Parker and the most recent is Leonardo P. Pandac, Ph.D.

The re-organization that took place for year 2002-2003 is geared towards attaining the highest level of accomplishments our agency can give, through the Leadership of Dr. Leonardo Pandac, who is now the current President. and Paul Blanco as the Executive Director.
